SHAMEEN POLICE PERMIT REGULATIONS.

1. The following special police nermit regulations are notified for information and cancel former regula-

tions.

2.- After gates are closed entrance by gates or by landing steps is prohibited except to those in possession

of passes.

3.- Passes are of two kinds: "Individual" (red) and "Collective "(Blue) and will be valid only with a Municipal

Council stamp.

4.- (a) Individual passes are annual and are available

only to those having reason to use the gates
